Beehive Cupcakes!

  
Ingredients

  • 200g  unsalted butter
  • 185g soft brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 115g honey, warmed
  • 280g self raising flour 

For the icing

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 2 tsp milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven 180 degrees (Gas 4).
  2. Line 12 muffin cases up in muffin tins.
  3. Beat up butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the honey and flour until combined.
  6. Divide the mixture evenly among the cases.
  7. Bake for 18-20 mins.
  8. Transfer onto a wire rack.
  9. In another bowl put the butter and icing sugar.
  10. Add the milk and stir until soft.
  11. When cakes are cool, add the icing.
  12. ENJOY😊

If you like you can add more honey to make it more delicious!! 🍯 🐝
